AU History:
Lulu was a child born in the average Magi family, even if her powers didn't surface too strongly at birth. Even so, her parents knew there was a glitter in her eyes, signs of magic growing. She will become someone special someday, as they believed.
Even with growing up during the Gigan rule on her home, Lulu's mind was never where it should be. She daydreamed often, wandering in places where she shouldn't be while lost in thoughts. She went outside the walls when there is the chance and usually is quick to be thrown back in yet never drastically punished since she is just a child. She saw different colors in people's blood, twisted shapes poking out of the ground even if there is nothing there, her looks on the world is colorful yet oddly twisted. Nobody considered her a threat, just a little girl with a big world in her imagination. She did what she is told to do, even she constantly used to getting snapped to pay attention to her peers during what little arcane studies she got under controlling eyes.
One day, she found a small pink Pokémon that she has never seen before while wandering through strange places. With a luring aroma and promises to show her something "cool", the little Pokémon lured her out of Sanctuary into the world. She saw various creatures, colorful sights, and the magic within her responded accordingly to the situation. She learned that her friend is a Spritzee, bearing the name Pix, and she is brought to a place where Pix lived with his friends. Lulu is taught games and her magic grew like she truly belongs here. Even with her skin becoming purple and growing Eevee-like ears on the top of her head, her time in the place known as the Flower Grove was absolute fun and felt like home compared to Sanctuary.
Today, Lulu decided to return home to show what she has learned yet she doesn't quite remember where exactly Sanctuary is since her playtime has been years. With Pix and a few new friends, she just wanders as the wind takes her.
Canon Personality:
No matter how old she grows, Lulu is in a state where she will always be a child. She's playful, energetic, whimsical at the point of being truly unpredictable. She possess an air where nobody is quite sure how to read her, a walking surprise is a good summary of Lulu's character.
Lulu has always got a colorful view on the world and objects around her. Something like pink grass and dogs with three mouths strange to you? Not for Lulu. Knowing the taste of the color purple and how many kisses does it take for a frog to give you a wart, Lulu sees things in her imagination along with what real life has to often for her. She is easily curious on things and wonders what sort of wonders can magic and glitter be applied to those same things. Lulu also goes with her own pace, not really a type to follow unless it's "fun" in her eyes. This doesn't mean that she likes being alone, quite the opposite. Lulu's mind and the lure of fairies might have taken her away from her home life, but she loves making friends as playing alone is never fun to her and she wants to continue playing while having a place that she could truly call home. A place where her talents are welcomed and she can be adored for her skills along with her love for the magical and the twist of whimsical properties in reality.
The concept of "right and wrong" does not exist in Lulu's book, but she knows a bad situation when she comes to one. Sometimes it just takes a quick spell to turn a threat into a fluffy squirrel, but other times she needs more than that. Lulu is quick to supporting her friends while hindering her enemies with her quirky abilities, as much as fun as it would be if her friends were fluffy critters too. Lulu is far from being an introvert type of child, always looking for new discoveries and games to meet the thirst of her curiosity.
For being gone from her home for years, Lulu sought to find out what she missed, how the world grew and how people changed while she was gone from her home. She isn't afraid to show her talents, rather she is very much excited to introduce Pix to her friends and show the thousands of games she has in her pockets. Life is just one grand game with hundreds and thousands of games that can be played for Lulu and anyone who dares to ruin or halt her playtime will probably get dragged into these games. And not every game is enjoyable as much as they are to Lulu.
AU Deviation:
Lulu is generally the same as her canon counterpart in the world of Brave New World. While being missing for centuries in canon, it has been narrowed down to a couple years since her departure from Sanctuary. Physically a very tiny adult yet mentally she is still a child, a character that doesn't know or understand "growing up". Physically in this AU, she would be 16 years old yet she is keeping her looks and child mental state like she is half her age. Of course, she wouldn't remember her true age as she has forgotten due to losing track of time since she left her home to begin with and ending up to other settlements.
Canon Abilities:
Passive - Pix, Faerie Companion: Lulu is assisted by Pix who fires a barrage of 3 bolts to her target every time she fires a basic attack, doing small amounts of damage.
Q - Glitterlance: Lulu and Pix each fire a magic bolt at the enemy along with slowing their movement briefly.
W - Whimsy: Lulu casts a strange spell depending on the target. Allies gets a speed boost while enemies turn into a fluffy creature, disabling their powers briefly.
E - Help, Pix!: Lulu sends Pix to someone depending on the target. Allies get a shield while enemies get attacked and vision on them.
R - Wild Growth: Lulu casts a giant spell on an ally, giving them an size increase, bonus health and a slowing aura around them. Surrounding enemies also get knocked up by tree stumps in the process.
Enlightened Abilities:
Child of Knowledge Unbound, Kindred Soul
Level 1: Glitterlance - Lulu fires a bolt of Fairy magic that damages and slow the target.
Level 30: Help, Pix! - Lulu creates a Fairy type barrier around herself or an ally that increases defense.
Level 55: Wild Growth - Lulu casts a large spell on herself or an ally that boosts their defenses, size, and does massive Dark damage to surrounding targets.
------
Initial Custom Spell #1: Whimsy Morph - Lulu turns her target into a Bidoof for a short time.
* = Generally, this spell is pretty unstable and will never be permanent. Will only be used on permission of other players or allowed scenarios.
Initial Custom Spell #2: Whimsy Agility - Lulu casts a speed buff on herself or an ally for the battle.
Starter Pokémon:
Flabébé (White+Egg Move bonus) & Seedot**
** I decided Pix would best fit as a Sprtizee in this AU and as it's not an available starter right now, Lulu will get him in game once she is applied and goes to the Flower Grove. She just made some extra friends along the way...
Notes/Special Considerations: She will come with an Enhanced item, a wooden staff with interesting carvings that comes with the Fairy typing.

--------
• What would you say the role of Pokémon is in your life?
Friends! Everyone needs a good friend in this world so they are perfect for being a playmate, companion, the best-est friend you could ask for! Even if you got a best friend, have more best friends! That way, you could always have a good life with so many friends! Think of all the big hide and seek games you can get into with a big party.
• To what lengths would you go to rescue your allies if they were lost in the wilderness?
Lost... I don't think of the word "lost" a lot, it's just another direction! Still, if someone was going in circles, I will do my best to find them so they don't have to go in circles alone. We can go in squares and triangles together!
• In your eyes, what is absolutely unforgivable?
Bad things... Like things that make you confuse, sad, angry, lost, unsure, a lot of those feelings. Anything that makes you feel bad is bad, right? Right?
• What do you feel your role in your city is?
I don't think I got one! Can you give me one? I'm pretty good with talking to Pokémon that people are usually bad with talking to, like Metapod for example! People keep judging them for just hardening their shells, but I can tell a happy Harden from an upset Harden!
Third-Person:
• What aspects and traits do you respect most in your individual fellow man?
A deep question... I have to dive deep into the brain ocean to breathe well to understand it. Hm.... I think I am okay with men that like to play with me! Then again, not every time is play time sometimes so... As long as they are not big jerks, I am okay with that!
• What do you look for in the Pokémon with whom you bond?
Let's seee... As long as they are up for all sorts of game, then that's fine with me! I like colorful and fun kinds of Pokémon. Like me!
• A human has attacked a wild Pokémon who retaliates in defense. How do you respond and whom do you defend?
Defend the Pokémon! The human attacked it first when that poor creature did nothing wrong to them! I'll turn them into a cuddly creature with my magic as punishment and they have to play Catch The Pidgey until they are allowed back to normal! Bonus if they catch the three eyed one!
• You plunge into the depths of ruins of an ancient civilization. What is it that you seek from the past? Treasure, technology, wisdom?
Treasure! That's the shiny stuff! I don't quite understand technology or wisdom too much, but they are good stuff to learn as what I heard from wrinkle robes. I'll keep those stuff in mind to give it to the wrinkle people while I get the shiny stuff!
• When encountering a rare and powerful Pokémon, what is most important? Researching it, bonding with it, or defeating it? Why?
Hey, binding them down hurts! I won't do that unless they are mean or it's a game they want to play!
...
Oh... You mean as trying to making them a friend? Yeah, that's the better choice for me! You can learn a lot about them when you play with them! If they don't wanna play, then I guess figuring out what they want to do is second best thing.
• What area do you seek to explore? The peaceful forest, in search of new, previously overlooked discoveries; the uncharted caves, in search of the unknown; or the wildest of mountain terrain, in search of danger, adventure, and thrills?
All of them! I'm great at looking for overlooked things, but unknown places and dangerous places have their perks too! There is thrills in all of those places, you just got to look super hard in every direction! Eyes closed too! Even when you can't see a thing, you can see so much more... You understand, right?
